Luis Mayen

Luis has served Donor Network West for over 22 years. He's passionate about developing relationships to help fulfill our mission of saving lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation and currently serves on the Board of the National Kidney Foundation, the Board of the Association for Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation, on the OPTN Membership & Professional Standards Committee, and is the incoming Associate Councilor for UNOS Region 5.

A committed advocate for donation, Luis recently became a non-directed kidney donor through the UCSF Center for Living Donation and enjoys volunteering to coach others considering living donation.
